PKB/Akt plasmid?

Dear ALL,

Resently a constitutive active form of Akt (protein kinase B) have been
descrived, which is lacking the plectrin homology domain. Also a inactive
Akt kinase, which contains alanine on the phosphorylation sites threonine
308 and serine 437, has been described.

I WONDER IF THERE IS ANYBODY OUT THERE WHO WOULD BE WILLING TO KINDLY
PROVIDE ME WITH THESE OR SIMILAR PLASMIDS ?!

I am looking forward to hear from you!
